SOCIÉTÉ NOUVELLE DES MOULINS DU MAGHREB (SNMM)
Created in 1918 by a French group and purchased in 1969 by the ALJ family, Société Nouvelle des Moulins du Maghreb is an industrial unit specialising in flour milling. This subsidiary offers a wide and varied product range of soft wheat flours and has 3 production units with a total crushing capacity of 6500 qx. SNMM is one of the largest flour mills on the continent.

MOONY MILLS
Cap Holding bought the Moony mills in 2014. The subsidiary has two industrial units: a flour mill with a crushing capacity of 350 T per day and a durum wheat semolina mill of 250 T per day. Moony has its own fleet of 52 trucks and 54 motorcycles for presale. This brand benefits from a high media visibility throughout several advertising campaigns involving Moroccan celebrities. Our subsidiary’s products are marketed under two brand names: Moony and Chaibia and are available in wholesalers, supermarkets, hypermarkets and small shops.

LES MOULINS MOONY
Cap Holding bought the Moony mills in 2014. The subsidiary has two industrial units: a flour mill with a crushing capacity of 350 T per day and a durum wheat semolina mill of 250 T per day. Created in 1951, this subsidiary was acquired by the Cap Holding group in 2008. Specialized in industrial milling, the plant produces up to 360 Tons of soft wheat per day. Moulins de Berrechid products are marketed throughout Morocco, mainly under the GATO brand. It’s main customers include the traditional market, industrialists and bakeries.

Created in 1951, this subsidiary was acquired by Cap Holding group in 2008. Specialized in industrial milling, the plant produces up to 360 Tons of soft wheat per day. Moulins de Berrechid products are marketed throughout Morocco, mainly under the GATO brand. The traditional market, industrialists and bakeries are the main customers of our subsidiary.

Cap Holding bought the company Matahine Bab Mansour in 2016, in order to ensure a better distribution of our products and a continuous presence of our brands in the Central and Oriental region. This industrial soft wheat mill is located in Meknes and crushes up to 300 tons of soft wheat per day. The flours produced are marketed under two brands: Perla and Moumtaz.

This acquisition allowed the Common Wheat Mills to complete their range of durum wheat products in order to meet the needs of consumers. Up to 240 tonnes of durum wheat are produced every day by the mill, whose products are distributed among the group’s brands: Ifoulki, Gato and Perla as well as industrial producers of pasta and couscous.

Since 2014, Alf Mabrouk offers a wide range of compound feeds for livestock and poultry. Our factory located in Bouznika has modern equipments and storage facilities to preserve the quality of our products while ensuring a regular supply to breeders. Additionally, Alf Mabrouk is the only factory in Morocco to be registered under the law 28/07 relating to the sanitary safety of food products.

This subsidiary specializes in the breeding of broiler chicken, turkey and purebred sheep. CICAVI mainly supplies Cap Holding’s slaughterhouse. CICAVI’s farms cover an area of 600 hectares, located in Bouznika, Mansouria, Berrechid and Zenata.

Cured meat production and poultry slaughtering are the main specialities of Foodis. The subsidiary produces 46,000 tons of processed products each year. Our factory is located in the Had Soualem region on an area of 33 000 m². Our high-performance equipment guarantees quality products that comply with international health and safety standards.

Since 2006, Multisac has been one of the leading producers of woven polypropylene bags, tubular/flat bags and agricultural twine.The annual production of this subsidiary now reaches 200,000,000 bags. Multisac has a 30,000 m² production unit based in Bouznika as well as a 5000 m² storage and warehousing area. We are constantly improving our manufacturing methods in order to offer our customers with products adapted to their requirements.
