Cap Holding acquired Matahine Bab Mansour in 2016. Located in Meknes, this subsidiary is an industrial soft wheat flour mill.
M-AUTOMOTIV
The Pillar of Cap Holding's Automotive Distribution, M-Automotiv is responsible for importing and distributing leading and innovative automotive brands in Morocco.

Our subsidiary has high-performance silos for storing large quantities of grain under favourable conditions.
ACTL
Delivery in optimum timeframe and conditions is a constant challenge for ACTL.
ORIENTINE
Atelier Croc develops 100% natural Moroccan pastries and biscuits, with an offering strengthened by the acquisition of Orientine and both national and international ambitions.

GRANDE SEMOULERIE DE BOUSKOURA
Grande Semoulerie Bouskoura was bought by Cap Holding in 2019. The subsidiary is specialized in industrial semolina.
FELLOUS MARBOUK
Acquired in 2015 by the Cap Holding group, this subsidiary completes the Feed division's ecosystem. Fellous Mabrouk produces ``day-old chicks`` of superior quality.
CICAVI
This company is specialized in the breeding of broiler chicken, turkey and purebred sheep.

FOODIS
The specialty of Foodis is the production of sausages and poultry slaughtering. The subsidiary produces 46,000 tons of processed products each year.
