Spread across four strategic sites (Berrechid, Bouskoura, Meknès, and Casablanca), our silos offer a total capacity of over 180,000 tonnes in 2025. Currently, 80% of our infrastructure’s storage capacity is connected to the rail network and located in immediate proximity to production units; these facilities guarantee rapid and secure supply, which is essential to the fluidity of our value chain.

Acquired in 1969 by the ALJ family, SNMM is the founding entity that marked the beginning of the Cap Holding adventure. More than just a subsidiary, it is our heritage. Specializing in industrial milling, this historic company, founded in 1918, continues to be a pillar of our Industrial Division. With its three production units, it boasts a crushing capacity of 650 tonnes per day, totaling over 200,000 tonnes per year.

Launched in 2014, Moony has rapidly established itself as an essential brand of semolina and flour, successfully reaching nearly every Moroccan household. This strong positioning is built on an offering constantly adapted to consumer needs and a state-of-the-art industrial platform: the flour mill has a capacity of 350 tonnes per day, and the semolina mill 250 tonnes per day. Moony’s true strength lies in its strategic boldness in distribution and communication. The company has developed an innovative model that, alongside traditional networks (modern trade, industrial clients, and wholesalers), effectively reaches retailers. This unique proximity approach, strengthened by its own logistics fleet, ensures optimal nationwide coverage. Located in the Ismaili capital, Matahine Bab El Mansour is a modern industrial unit specializing in soft wheat processing. With a crushing capacity of 400 tonnes per day, MBEM plays a key role in supplying the region and contributes significantly to the division’s production capacity, with 130,000 tonnes milled annually.
