Cap Holding was born out of the desire to consolidate the assets and multiply investments in each of the group's business lines. It is in 1999 that Chakib ALJ and Mohamed ALJ created Cap Holding. Today, the group has 4 divisions and 21 subsidiaries operating in different sectors, including grain trading, industrial milling, the animal feed industry, polypropylene bag industry, storage, transport, and many others.
The commitment of our 1,900 employees is behind the success of the group and the synergy between its various subsidiaries. Cap holding also represents20 years of solidarity between generations and transcendence in continuity. A family history and corporate culture that is passed on from generation to the next with the spirit of responsibility and initiative as its core principle.
