SNMM offers a varied and complete range of common wheat flours. The subsidiary has 3 production units with a total crushing capacity of 6,500 qx, which enables it to position itself among the most important flour mills on the continent. Its modernization process and its quality policy have been rewarded with the certification of ISO 9001 version 2000, ISO 9001 version 2008 & FSSC 22 000 and recently ISO 9001 version 2015 plus the approval of ONSSA. Société Nouvelle des Moulins du Maghreb is the main supplier of several renowned bakeries, manufacturers, cafes, hotels, restaurants and fastfoods, such as MC DONALDS, SAWAMAG (ENDOMI), DELIS (PAUL), KFC and Le Relais de Paris.
